Pecorino di Sardegna, Ciresa - approx 350 gr

A raw, hard cheese, made from whole sheep’s milk. Upon ripening, this cheese develops a natural, golden-yellow to dark brown rind and a crumbly paste with irregular eyes. It is characterised by a sharp aroma and it has a rich, intense flavour.
