Pecorino Toscano DOP, Ciresa - approx 300 gr.

ARipened, pure sheep’s milk cheese. Upon ripening, it develops a compact, straw-coloured paste, with a brown rind. With age, the cheese starts to crumble and it acquires its identifiable texture and flavour. Its sweetness is perfectly balanced by typical bitter and intense overtones.
